RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All Sales Final Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Every card is individually condition-verified before listing, and condition is clearly noted on each product page.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@rarereserve.co within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right — either a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Packaging Standard Every card is sleeved, top-loaded, and securely packaged before shipping. We take great care to ensure your cards arrive in the same condition they left us.
Graded Cards (Slabs) All graded card sales are final. Grades are assigned by PSA, BGS, or CGC and we cannot be held responsible for grading decisions made by third-party grading companies.
Slab Packs Slab Pack contents are curated by RRC and are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final.
Merch (Apparel & Accessories) Merch items may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives defective or in the wrong size. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Contact us at hello@rarereserve.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues — please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Subscriptions (Reserve Club & Slab Pack Subscriptions) All subscription orders are processed and shipped on a monthly basis. By subscribing you authorize Rare Reserve Co. to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@rarereserve.co before your next billing date. Cancellations made after your billing date has processed will take effect the following month — we are unable to issue refunds for subscription boxes that have already been packed and shipped.
Contents Subscription box contents are curated by RRC and vary monthly. Specific cards, grades, or items cannot be requested or swapped. All subscription sales are final once the box has shipped.
Reserve Club Waitlist Reserve Club membership is limited to 50 spots. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot or charge your card. You will be contacted directly when a spot becomes available.
