SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Packaging Standard Every card is individually sleeved and top-loaded before shipping. Orders with multiple cards are bubble-wrapped and placed in a rigid mailer to ensure cards arrive in the same condition they left us. Graded slabs are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a secure box.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class, 3–5 business days) — $4.99
  • Free Standard Shipping — on all orders $50 and over
  • Priority Mail (USPS, 2–3 business days) — $15.00

Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages Rare Reserve Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at hello@rarereserve.co and we will work with USPS to locate your order.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@rarereserve.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and make it right.

International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally. US orders only at this time.
